Can I fly with a portable oxygen concentrator?
Yes, all portable oxygen concentrators that we sell are FAA-approved for travel on all airlines. Call your airline before flying to understand their requirements and ensure you have enough battery life for 150% of your flight duration.
What's included in the warranty?
Every portable concentrator we sell comes with a 3-5 year manufacturer’s warranty. Diamond also offers an optional Lifetime Diamond warranty for extended protection and local service support.
Do you accept Medicare or insurance?
We can help you navigate insurance coverage and provide documentation for reimbursement. Our poratble concentrators are also eligible for HSA/FSA accounts as a Qualified Medical Expense.
How long does delivery take?
