For non-prescription items: We generally ship the same business day when items are in stock. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a UPS or FedEx tracking number as soon as it becomes available.  
Out of stock items: In the rare case that an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and provide an expected availability date.

Prescription Items Process

All oxygen concentrators and certain medical devices require a valid prescription before shipment. Here’s our simple process:

If you have a written prescription:

We will ask you to send it to us through:

– Secure email
– Fax
– SMS text message

If you don't have a copy of your prescription:

We’ll ask for your physician’s contact information

Our team will contact your doctor to request the prescription

We handle this regularly – medical offices are familiar with these requests

Once received, we’ll process your order immediately

White Glove Delivery

When White Glove Delivery is requested or included with your order:

Personal scheduling: We’ll contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time

Expert setup: Our trained staff will deliver your equipment and demonstrate proper usage

Complete service: We’ll remove all packaging materials from your home

Training included: Hands-on instruction to ensure you’re comfortable with your new equipment
