Before you order

Do I need a prescription?

Yes — but you don't need it in hand to order. After checkout, we contact your doctor's office and handle the paperwork. We will need to have your prescription on file before your item is delivered.

Will Medicare or insurance pay for this?

It depends. Insurance coverage is complex and unique to each patient. Factors like your medical history and how long you have been on oxygen play a role. We're a full-service clinical respiratory company and happy to check your specific insurance benefits.

What happens after I order?

We handle the prescription, then schedule free hand delivery in our Southern California service area. A Diamond technician sets the unit up and shows you how to use it.

Do you have a continuous-flow portable?

Yes. The O2 Concepts Liberty 2 is our continuous-capable shoulder-bag portable — up to 2 LPM continuous, plus pulse dose settings 1–10. Most people shopping portables use pulse dose (lighter units, longer battery). If your prescription calls for continuous LPM, start with the Liberty 2 or call us at (800) 977-3002 and we’ll confirm the right path.
